This portal shows you your own medical record held by your care team: your appointments, letters your clinician has approved for you, your quotes and invoices, messages between you and your care team, and anything you choose to share with us. It shows nothing about anyone else, and nobody else can see your portal.
You sign in with the email address (or mobile number) we already hold and your date of birth, and a code sent to that email address. We keep a record of sign-ins for your safety. Your session ends when you sign out, or after twelve hours.
Anything you write or upload here becomes part of your medical record, in the same way as a letter or a telephone call would. Photographs are used for your own care unless you tell us otherwise. Card payments are taken by Square on their secure page; we never see your card details.
The record itself is held and protected under our privacy notice, which you can ask us for at any time, and you have the same rights over it as over the rest of your record.
